Afrobeats superstar artist Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, nicknamed “Wizkid,” has revealed the release date of his latest single, “Bad to Me.”
On Friday, September 9th, 2022, he made the news on his social media page with the message “Pre save Link! New Wizkid Music 😇🖤❤️🦅 !!” with a photograph of the title of the new song “Bad to Me.”
This happens just a few days after Starboy’s fourth studio album, “Made in Lagos,” was certified gold in the US.
Wizzy announced on his Instagram Story earlier this week that he will be releasing a new single.
He said that a major news would be made on September 9th.
However, he confirmed today that his new single, named “Bad to Me,” would be released on September 14th. This will be his first track since he added four additional tracks to ‘Made In Lagos’ for the deluxe version.
The Grammy-nominated album contained popular songs and collaborations from Tems, Burna Boy, Damian Marley, Skepta, Ella Mai, H.E.R., Buju, and many others.
Wizkid has also appeared on Chris Brown’s ‘Call Me Everyday,’ BNXN’s ‘Many Ways,’ and DJ Tunez’s ‘Majo.’
The announcement has aroused excitement among the valued fans who have been impatiently awaiting new music from the Grammy winner, as the Grammy winner is poised to serenade the music community with another smash single.
Starboy’s next album, ‘More Love, Less Ego,’ is due out soon, and he plans to continue breaking new ground globally while also delighting music fans with gorgeous sounds.
